Shipping & Delivery Policy – Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan (BVS 2025)

As BVS 2025 is an event-based registration, no physical products are shipped against the registration fee. However, certain digital/physical materials may be provided as mentioned below:

1. Digital Deliverables

• Upon successful registration, participants will receive registration confirmation, payment receipt, and event updates via Email/WhatsApp/SMS.

• Certificates, digital badges, or participation documents (if applicable) will be sent via registered email ID or made available for download through an official link.

2. Physical Materials (If Applicable)

• In case any event kit, ID card, or printed material is distributed, it will be handed over physically at the event venue upon verification of registration.

• No courier or postal delivery is guaranteed unless explicitly communicated by the organizing committee.

3. Delivery Delay or Non-Delivery

• The organizing team will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect information provided by the participant or technical issues beyond our control.

• For any delivery-related queries, participants may contact the support team at bvs2025ap@gmail.com with their registration reference.

4. Updates & Communication

• All official communication regarding materials, certificates, and event proceedings will be made through Email, WhatsApp, or SMS to the contact details provided during registration.

• Participants are requested to provide accurate contact information and check their email/spam folders regularly.
