Guidelines:
- The abstract should be written as per the format (i.e., Font: Times New Roman, Font size: 12-point).
- The abstract must not exceed 350 words (excluding the title, authors’ names, and affiliations).
- It must be submitted in PDF format.
- The abstract should provide an impersonal, noncritical, and informative account.
- It should be grammatically accurate, clear, and fair in its treatment of the subject.
- It must include a clear rationale or justification for the study — briefly stating the purpose, need, and significance of the investigation.
- Objectives should be clearly stated.
- Methods must be briefly described.
- Results should be presented succinctly.
- Conclusions or recommendations, if any, should be outlined with emphasis on the significance of the work.
- No citations or references are allowed.
- No commercial promotion of entities, products, or services is permitted.
- Based on the reviews from our academic team, only some of the abstracts submitted for oral presentation will be selected, while the others may be asked to opt for poster presentation.
Completeness | The Abstract covers the main part of the research work. |
Conciseness | The Abstract contains no excess words or unnecessary information. |
Clarity | The Abstract is easily read and well-organized. |
Cohesiveness | Different parts of the Abstract are properly linked and maintain a logical and coherent flow. |
Guidelines for Preparing the Poster:
- The format of the poster is available on the website for your reference.
- Posters should stimulate discussion; avoid long or text-heavy presentations.
- Keep text to a minimum, focus on graphics, and ensure every element included serves a purpose.
- Use handouts to supplement your poster where needed.
- Text readability: The poster title should be clearly visible from 20 feet, and body text readable from at least 6 feet.
- Use only high-resolution photographs; note that most web images may not be suitable for print.
- Ensure consistency in font, spacing, and margins throughout your poster design.
Submit Your Abstract
The abstracts will be published as part of the conference proceedings and will be assigned an ISBN. Selected articles will also be considered for publication in special issues of reputable journals.

Complete the registrations by paying fees. Paid and registered candidates will only be allowed to attend and present the paper.
