Terms & Conditions – Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan (BVS 2025)

1. General

   • By registering for Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan (referred to as “Event” or “BVS 2025”), you agree to abide by all terms, guidelines, and instructions issued by the organizing committee of Vijnana Bharati.

   • The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, speakers, sessions, or any other aspects of the event without prior notice.

2. Eligibility & Registration

   • Registration is mandatory for participation in the event.

   • All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

   • The organizing team reserves the right to cancel or reject any registration found to contain false or misleading information.

3. Payment

   • Registration will be considered confirmed only after successful receipt of payment through the official payment gateway (Razorpay).

   • All payments are to be made in INR (₹) only.

4. Code of Conduct

   • Participants are expected to maintain discipline and follow ethical conduct throughout the event.

   • The organizers hold the right to deny entry or remove any participant for misconduct or violation of event guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

   • All sessions, content, presentations, logos, and materials associated with the event are the intellectual property of the organizers or respective authors.

   • Reproduction or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Technical Access

   • The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or payment interruptions that occur due to user-end connectivity problems.

7. Force Majeure

   • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemic, etc.), the organizers reserve the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the event without prior notice.

8. Acceptance

   • By proceeding with the registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
