Refund & Cancellation Policy – Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan (BVS 2025)

1. Registration Confirmation

  • Once the registration fee is paid and the transaction is successful, your participation will be confirmed via email/SMS.

  • All registrations are non-transferable.

2. Cancellation by Participant

  • Requests for cancellation will not be entertained after successful registration, as event resources, planning, and logistics are scheduled based on confirmed registrations.

  • Therefore, no refund will be issued once the payment is completed.

3. Duplicate Payment Handling

  • In case of duplicate or accidental payment, participants may contact the support team with valid proof (transaction reference, payment receipt).

  • After verification, the excess amount (excluding gateway charges, if any) will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

4. Event Postponement or Cancellation by Organizers

  • In the rare event of rescheduling or cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemic, or force majeure conditions), participants will be notified.

  • The registration may be shifted to a new date/event, or a refund policy applicable at that time will be communicated.

5. No Show Policy

  • If a registered participant fails to attend the event, no refund or adjustment will be provided.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Any refund-related queries must be emailed to bvs2025ap@gmail.com with complete transaction details.
