Guidelines:

  • The abstract should be written as per the format (i.e., Font: Times New Roman, Font size: 12-point).
  • The abstract must not exceed 350 words (excluding the title, authors’ names, and affiliations).
  • It must be submitted in PDF format.
  • The abstract should provide an impersonal, noncritical, and informative account.
  • It should be grammatically accurate, clear, and fair in its treatment of the subject.
  • It must include a clear rationale or justification for the study — briefly stating the purpose, need, and significance of the investigation.
  • Objectives should be clearly stated.
  • Methods must be briefly described.
  • Results should be presented succinctly.
  • Conclusions or recommendations, if any, should be outlined with emphasis on the significance of the work.
  • No citations or references are allowed.
  • No commercial promotion of entities, products, or services is permitted.
  • Based on the reviews from our academic team, only some of the
    abstracts submitted for oral presentation will be selected, while the others may
    be asked to opt for poster presentation.

Please ensure that all co-authors of the work are listed and have accepted the final version of the submitted abstract.

The Four Cs of Abstract Writing

CompletenessThe Abstract covers the main part of the research work.
ConcisenessThe Abstract contains no excess words or unnecessary information.
ClarityThe Abstract is easily read and well-organized.
CohesivenessDifferent parts of the Abstract are properly linked and maintain a logical and coherent flow.

Poster Format and Size
* Size: The maximum allowable size for your poster is A1 Portrait (594 mm wide x 841 mm high).
* Printing: You are responsible for printing and bringing your physical poster to the conference.

Design Guidelines
* Structure: Ensure the poster has a clear flow, typically structured as: Title, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and References.
* Readability: The entire poster should be readable from a distance of at least one meter.
* Visual Focus: Rely heavily on high-resolution graphics, photographs, and clear data visualization (graphs/charts). Text should be concise and supportive of the visuals.

Poster Competition and Prizes
* Sufficient space will be given for placing the posters in the oral sessions for all the first three days of the conference and followed by a poster competition at a common venue for all the posters. You are advised to bring two copies of the posters
* Please note that the Poster Presentation session is a formal competition judged by senior faculty and experts. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your research.
* We are pleased to offer cash prizes for the top posters that demonstrate outstanding scientific merit, visual design, and clarity of communication.

Next Steps
* To confirm your attendance and presentation slot, please complete your conference registration and payment by 25.11.2025. Failure to register and pay the registration fee by this date may result in the withdrawal of your abstract. (Kindly ignore in case you have already paid)
* Selected and prize-winning abstracts presented in poster format will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN, after they are received in the appropriate format. The formatting guidelines will be provided after the conference

Presentation Format and Timing
* Strictly adhering to the time limit is essential for keeping the conference schedule on track.
* Format: Presentations should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format.

Slide Guidelines
We recommend structuring your slides to maximize clarity and impact within the limited time:
* Total Slides: Aim for 10 to 12 slides (excluding the Title and References slides).

Content Focus (Suggested):
◦ Slide 1: Title, Author(s), and Affiliation(s).
◦ Slides 2-3: Introduction, Background, and Research Question/Hypothesis.
◦ Slides 4-5: Methods/Methodology (Focus on key steps and experimental design).
◦ Slides 6-9: Results and Key Findings (Use clear graphs, charts, and minimal text).
◦ Slide 10: Discussion and Conclusion (The main takeaway message).
◦ Slide 11: Future Scope and Acknowledgements.
◦ Slide 12: References (Short)
* Visuals: Use large, clear fonts and high-contrast colors. Avoid complex graphics, lengthy bulleted lists, or paragraphs.
